Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Integrity and Fairness

 

At The Wize Up LLC, we value transparency, respect, and the sacred energy exchanged in every service, session, and product we offer. This policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued for curriculum plans, mentorship bookings, merchandise, or creative services. By using our site and services, you agree to this policy.

 

Digital Curriculum Plans & Subscriptions

    •    Monthly Plans: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once access to content is granted. You may cancel your plan at any time to prevent future billing.

    •    Semester or Annual Plans: You may request a partial refund within the first 7 days of purchase if no live classes or resources have been accessed.

    •    After 7 days, or once participation has begun, all sales are final unless cancellation is due to an emergency or technical issue on our end.

 

Booked Sessions (Mentorship, Studio, Consults)

    •    Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

    •    Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

    •    If you cancel within the 24-hour window due to illness or emergency, you may request to reschedule at no cost.

 

Merchandise (Printify Fulfilled Orders)

    •    All apparel and merchandise is printed on demand and fulfilled through Printify. Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with Printify’s guidelines.

    •    If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll work to resolve the issue through reprint or refund.

 

Event Tickets & Special Programs

    •    Refunds for ticketed events, showcases, or limited programs may be offered up to 72 hours prior to the event unless otherwise specified.

    •    No refunds will be given for missed events or after event access has been granted.

To request a refund or dispute a charge:

Email us at info@thewizeup.org with:

    •    Full Name

    •    Date of Purchase

    •    Service or Product Name

    •    Reason for Request

 

We will respond within 3–5 business days to assess eligibility and next steps.
